Cancellation & Refund Policy – Onlymostly

At Onlymostly, we value your trust and strive to make your shopping experience smooth and hassle-free. Please read our Cancellation & Refund Policy carefully.


1. Order Cancellation

  • You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been shipped.

  • Once the order is shipped, cancellations will not be possible.


2. Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns are accepted only if:

    • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.

    • The product is unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags intact.

  • Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

  • Certain items (such as personal care, innerwear, or customized products) are not eligible for returns due to hygiene and safety reasons.


3. Refunds

  • Once your return is approved and inspected, the refund will be initiated within 7–10 business days.

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase.

  • For COD orders, refunds will be processed to your bank account after we collect account details.


4. Non-Refundable Items

  • Shipping charges, COD charges, and gift cards (if applicable) are non-refundable.

  • Products bought during a sale/clearance/discount may not be eligible for returns or refunds unless they are damaged or defective.


5. Exchange Policy

  • If you wish to exchange a product (for size, color, or style), please raise a request within 7 days of delivery.

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the replacement is unavailable, we will issue a refund.
