At Onlymostly, we value your trust and strive to make your shopping experience smooth and hassle-free. Please read our Cancellation & Refund Policy carefully.
1. Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been shipped.

Once the order is shipped, cancellations will not be possible.
2. Returns & Exchanges

Returns are accepted only if:

The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.

The product is unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags intact.

Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

Certain items (such as personal care, innerwear, or customized products) are not eligible for returns due to hygiene and safety reasons.
3. Refunds

Once your return is approved and inspected, the refund will be initiated within 7–10 business days.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase.

For COD orders, refunds will be processed to your bank account after we collect account details.
4. Non-Refundable Items

Shipping charges, COD charges, and gift cards (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Products bought during a sale/clearance/discount may not be eligible for returns or refunds unless they are damaged or defective.
5. Exchange Policy

If you wish to exchange a product (for size, color, or style), please raise a request within 7 days of delivery.

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the replacement is unavailable, we will issue a refund.
